Accounts for Investment Property Exchange Services, Inc. (IPX1031) where he processed more than 8,000 new exchanges per year at a transaction value of more than $10 billion.

Timothy is also President of CM Pacific Capital, Founding Partner of Argus Realty Investors, LP, and Founding Member, past president, and Chairman of the Legislative and Regulatory Committee of the Alternative Direct Securities Association™ (ADISA). He was previously a Member of the Certified Exchange Specialist® designation, and current member of Certification Council. Timothy Snodgrass holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from San Diego State University and a Juris Doctorate and LLM from Thomas Jefferson School of Law.
